Day 1 of the US Women’s Gymnastics Olympic Trials kicks off Friday, June 28 at Target Center in Minneapolis, MN with early action that features Simone Biles.
The trials will air on NBC and Peacock and are scheduled to start at 8 p.m. ET. Fans looking to watch can do so through FuboTV or DirecTV Stream, both of which offer a free trial. SlingTV doesn’t offer a free trial but does have other promotional offers available.

Three Olympic gold medalists, Simone Biles, Suni Lee and Jade Carey are all competing for a spot on the US Olympic Team. The winner of the women’s all-around competition automatically makes the US Olympic team, while four others will be selected by a three-person committee to make the team.
This is an important event for Biles, who took a long break due to mental health struggles. She is one of the best US gymnasts of all time, and is looking to attend her third Olympics at just 27 years old. She’s hoping to grab the one automatic berth to the U.S. team that goes to the highest all-around scorer across the two days of competition.
A selection committee, which includes 2008 Olympic silver medallist Alicia Sacramone, Tatiana Perskaia and Jessie DeZiel, will select the remaining four team members, as well as two traveling and two non-traveling replacement athletes.
