In December, a condominium, with two bedrooms and two baths, located at 4 Charlesgate, Boston, changed ownership. The property, covering 1,112 square feet, was built in 1910 and was sold for $1,500,000, which calculates to $1,349 per square foot. The lot size encompasses 1,112 square feet. The deal was finalized on Dec. 20.
2. $1.4 million, 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms
This condominium, featuring three bedrooms and two baths, underwent a change of ownership in December. Located at 800 E. Seventh Street, South Boston, the home spans 1,587 square feet and was sold for $1,405,000, or $885 per square foot. The property was built in 1923. The deal was finalized on Dec. 20.
3. $1.3 million, 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms
For a price tag of $1,315,000 ($1,301 per square foot), the condominium, built in 1899 and located at 30 Appleton Street, Boston changed hands in December. The home spans 1,011 square feet of living area, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The deal was finalized on Dec. 18.
4. $1.3 million, 2 bedrooms / 3 baths
Priced at $1,275,000 (equivalent to $979 per square foot), this condominium, constructed in 1986 and situated at 47 Harvard Street, Charlestown, was sold in December. The home spans 1,302 square feet of living area, with two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The deal was finalized on Dec. 16.
5. $1.2 million, 2 bedrooms / 1 bath
At $1,210,000 ($1,263 per square foot), the condominium located at 5 Myrtle Street, Boston offered another opportunity below the targeted price range when it changed hands in December. This property, built in 1880, provides 958 square feet of living space, featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom. The deal was finalized on Dec. 18.
