The fourth annual Paper City Food Festival was hosted by the Greater Holyoke Chamber and Invertir Holyoke Oct. 19-20 on High Street.
This year’s festival featured a wide array of food vendors, among them being El Paraiso Colombiano, Sweetera, Tacos Pueblos and YJ Catering, along with live entertainment and family-friendly activities.
