Massachusetts could see substantial rainfall on Thursday, forecasters at the National Weather Service warned.
The Bay State could see moderate to heavy downpours throughout the day, but particularly in the afternoon and evening, according to the weather service. Thursday also brings a chance of thunderstorms.
