Nantucket is expected to experience rain by 3 p.m., while Barnstable, Plymouth and Bristol Counties are expected to see rain by 8 p.m., according to the National Weather Service. The rain is predicted to reach as far west as Worcester by midnight, and the rest of the state is predicted to begin experiencing rain overnight.
Lows overnight on Sunday are expected to be in the low to mid 60s, according to the National Weather Service. There is a chance of showers and/or thunderstorms every day and night across the state the rest of the week, though the precipitation is predicted to be interspersed with periods of partly sunny weather.
Temperatures are expected to cool off on Monday withs highs across the state in the mid-70s, according to the National Weather Service. The rest of the week is predicted to bring highs in the mid 80s and overnight lows in the upper 60s and lower 70s.
