Despite losing the opening sets against Athol on Friday night, South Hadley girls volleyball coach Sabrina Bardwell remained determined but understood a change was needed.
As the Tigers failed to communicate early on and needed a spark, Bardwell started the process by moving Raquel Losty into the server position instead of being an outside hitter. Bardwell then started freshman junior varsity setter Milana Stefagolo in the lineup for defensive purposes.
