SPRINGFIELD — Twenty of 40 new construction condominiums in the Gemini Townhomes Lottery Event have been allocated through a Zoom lottery held Friday, the sponsors said.
The 3 p.m. virtual lottery for first-time homebuyers was held to allocate two and three-bedroom condominiums, with eight units available at 80 percent of the area median income (AMI) and the remaining 12 at 100 percent of the AMI.
