Springfield students recently had the opportunity to go head-to-head in a contest of culinary creativity and nutrition know-how in the 2024 Sodexo Future Chefs Challenge, hosted by Home Grown Springfield last month.
More than just a competition, the Future Chefs Challenge is designed to teach students lifelong culinary skills, including how to make healthy food choices at home and in school.
