A longtime former employee of the Attorney General’s Office in Springfield is suing the state agency for wrongful termination, claiming his supervisors discriminated and retaliated against him.
Bart Q. Hollander, who worked for the Attorney General’s Office for over two decades, alleged in a complaint filed Monday in Hampshire Superior Court that one of his supervisors expressed age-based animus toward him and allegedly coerced other supervisors to retaliate against him in the months leading up to his termination.
