As dry and breezy conditions persist in New England, forecasters at the National Weather Service set down a Red Flag Warning for all of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut, denoting a high risk of fire.
The warning indicates “critical fire weather conditions,” forecasters said. “Any fires that start may spread rapidly and become difficult to extinguish.”
