A former American Airlines flight attendant who federal authorities say attempted to secretly film a teenage girl in the bathroom of a Boston-bound airplane will appear in a Boston federal courthouse Monday.
Estes Carter Thompson III, of Charlotte, N.C., was arrested in January and has been in federal custody since. A federal grand jury indicted him last month on charges of attempted sexual exploitation of children and possessing explicit images of children.
