
A former case manager and a Boston man were arraigned last week after prosecutors said they defrauded survivors of domestic violence by fraudulently collecting over $21,000 in rent checks on homes the survivors never lived in, officials said.
Rosalyn Webb, 55, of Braintree was charged with one count of larceny over $1,200 by a single scheme, Suffolk County District Attorney Kevin Hayden said in a statement.
Nathaniel Davis, 30, of Dorchester was charged with five counts of larceny by check over $1,200, the statement added.
