WESTFIELD – Three strikes and the Pope Francis Cardinals are out.

Westfield senior pitcher Ethan Johnson tossed a one-hitter and the second-seeded Bombers scraped together a 3-0 win over No. 6 Pope Francis in a PVIAC Class A baseball semifinal early Thursday afternoon at Bullens Field.
