WELLESLEY ― It took two minutes for Wellesley girls to take the lead over Newton North on Tuesday when sophomore Leila Eccher rebounded the ball in to put Wellesley in front.
No. 2 Wellesley did not let up its lead, instead tacking on two more to beat No. 10 Newton North, 3-0.
