A Wellesley man is facing charges in connection with a car crash on I-90 in Boston that seriously injured two road workers early Saturday morning, according to Massachusetts State Police.
Pedro Campos, 32, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation, state police said in a press release.
The crash happened around 2:30 a.m. Saturday morning on the Mass Pike westbound near the Beacon Street overpass, state police said. At the time, the left lane of the highway was open for travel while the center and right lanes were closed for construction work.
