WESTFIELD — When Holly Faria put clothes on her rescue dog Jaxx, he didn’t protest it. Glasses, hats, tuxedos, sports jerseys, Halloween costumes, Hawaiian skirts, he would wear it all. He loved the attention it would get him.
“He was just a total clown,” said Faria.
