WEST SPRINGFIELD — When Peter Rosskothen opened the latest Delaney’s Market location, he watched nervously as people came in the door of his new business in West Springfield.
“I’m counting customers. How many people were walking in? You always worry and hope you didn’t make a mistake. You hope you picked the right location. My instinct tells me this is not going to be an issue,” said the owner of what is now a cluster of five Delaney’s Market stores in greater Springfield.
