ROCKLAND – A slow start doomed the Westfield Technical Academy boys soccer team in their first game of the 2024 state tournament.
No. 10 Rockland opened the state Division 4 Round of 32 playoff contest on a 3-0 run and ended the game with five unanswered goals to defeat 23rd seeded Westfield Technical Academy, 9-2, Wednesday at Reed Street Field in Rockland.
