Daily Baseball Roundup: Lenox makes way past Monument Mountain

Lenox baseball squeezed out a 4-2 win over Monument Mountain on Monday.

The Millionaires got out to a start, totaling two runs in the first inning. In the second and third innings, they tacked on two more runs to extend their lead.

The Spartans tried to fight back with a combined two runs in the third and fourth inning but couldn’t create more offense.

Jack Hicks led the offense, going 3-for-4 with three singles. Robbie Bazinet went 2-for-4 with an RBI. David Kirchner and Tyler Giardina also tacked on RBIs.

Lenox improve to 11-6 to end the regular season while Monument Mountain dropped to 12-6.
