WESTFIELD – On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the Westfield Soup Kitchen, also known as Our Community Table, served its regularly scheduled meals at 5 p.m., welcoming all. On Christmas Day, a full roast beef dinner was served with gifts for everyone.
Among the gifts were 100 backpacks filled with personal care items, gloves, food and toys for children. The backpacks were spearheaded by Westfield High School ninth grader Scarlett Karwoski.
