A child was taken to Boston Children’s Hospital after they went under the water at McCrehan pool in Cambridge on Sunday, according to police.
CPR was in progress on the child by the time Cambridge police arrived at the pool Sunday evening, Pauline Wells, the department’s superintendent of operations, wrote in an email. Wells said police learned of a child under the water at 6:05 p.m. Sunday.
Information on the child’s condition was not immediately available Monday morning.
