CHICOPEE — The city has lost another chief of human resources following two investigations and a hearing with the head of the troubled department.
Mayor John L. Vieau confirmed Stephen Zajchowski is no longer working for the city. He declined to release information about the circumstances of the departure of the chief human resources officer, citing legal and privacy issues because it is a personnel matter.
