Chris Vargas has been one of the most impressive quarterbacks in the state this fall and he is only a freshman. In his first year starting, he led the Eagles to a 6-0 start and is one half of one of the best QB-WR duos in the state between him and Merrick Barlow. Vargas has scholarship offers from Penn State, Syracuse, UMass, Boston College and Rhode Island.
