NORTHAMPTON – The Smith Vocational girls soccer team had Tuesday’s matchup against league rival Westfield Technical Academy circled on its calendar.
Coming into the game, both teams were undefeated and tied for first place in the Tri-County standings. And no matter what the schedule said, the outcome of the game was essential.
