The Taconic boys basketball team handed Chicopee Comp its first loss of the season Friday night, winning 57-50 on the road.
The second quarter brought the most offensive production for Taconic, with 24 points in the frame.
Christian Mateurvich led the game in scoring with 17 points for the Thunder. Five of the 17 came from the charity stripe.
