Attleboro police are asking for the public’s help in finding a 33-year-old man who faces several criminal charges in connection with a shooting on Saturday.
The man, identified by police as Jacob Lacourse, is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees Lacourse should not approach him, police said.
Police say he has connections to addresses in Attleboro and Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
On Saturday at around 2:30 p.m., Attleboro police went to an area of Oakland Avenue for a report of a shooting. A 58-year-old was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Anyone who encounters Lacourse should call 911, police said. Anyone with information about his whereabouts should call Attleboro police at 508-222-1212.
