No less an authority than Paul Lanzikos, the former state secretary of elder affairs, says Highview of Northampton, the most-fined nursing home in Western Massachusetts, should have been shut down “a long time ago.”
Things must be dire to bring such candor. “Notorious,” Lanzikos told The Republican’s Greta Jochem, when asked about Highview.
