WESTFIELD — ArtWorks Westfield has finalized plans for its December event. Now called the Downtown WinterWalk, the combination art walk and winter market will take place Saturday, Dec. 9, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The event aims to combine the art walk concept — initially intended for the canceled ArtoberFest — with a European-style winter market. It will feature artists in tents showcasing their work along Elm Street and School Street, the latter of which will be closed to vehicles between Elm and Central streets.
