HOLYOKE — The 42,000-square-foot former Hadley Falls Trust Co. Building was condemned last month after years of violations.
It’s owned by Whiting Building LLC, a company owned and managed by New Hampshire-based Dmitry Zhivotovsky.
The entity also owns property Worcester and Nashua, New Hampshire. In Nashua, according to city assessor records, Whiting Building has four properties assessed at $20,362,200. In Worcester, he owns 627 Main St., valued at $1,919,200 and 51 Harvard St., at $1,109,100.
