Tara Corey was pregnant when she first joined the nursing staff of the birthing center at UMass Memorial Health HealthAlliance—Clinton Hospital in Leominster.
“It was such a scary time for so many expecting and laboring mothers and I felt like I could relate in a unique way,” Corey said in a text conversation with MassLive Saturday.
