SOUTHWICK — The owner of a small piece of property that includes the outlet where Congamond Lake’s Middle Pond drains into Great Brook has offered to donate it to the town.
“It’s a good idea,” said newly appointed Conservation Commission member Dennis Clark after it was announced that the town could acquire the 1.88 acres of property along Berkshire Avenue.
