GAINESVILLE, Fla. — No. 20 Tennessee faces its best chance in more than two decades to win at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium when the Volunteers take on the struggling Gators on Saturday night.

The game is scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on ABC. The Gators have lost three straight games under interim coach Billy Gonzales, while Tennessee’s only losses this season came against potential College Football Playoff contenders: No. 4 Georgia, No. 8 Oklahoma, and No. 10 Alabama.

The matchup could be one of the last annual meetings between the two SEC rivals. When the conference transitions to a nine-game schedule in 2026, Tennessee-Florida will no longer be played every year. The Gators hold a 26-9 record against Tennessee since 1990, including a 15-2 mark in Gainesville.
