A minor was taken to a hospital Sunday afternoon after being rescued from a Framingham pond, according to police.
Framingham police and firefighters — including the city’s dive team — responded to Learned Pond around 3 p.m. for a report that a minor had gone missing in the water, Framingham police said in a press release. One diver located the minor and pulled them from the water with the help of another.
CPR was performed on the minor, who was then taken to MetroWest Medical Center, police said. The hospital is located adjacent to the pond.
No further information, including the minor’s current condition, has been released.
