WESTFIELD — Two months after a woman was struck and killed by a vehicle while crossing Elm Street, police are again reminding motorists the importance of being vigilant when behind the wheel, especially at crosswalks.
“Pay attention when you’re driving,” said Westfield Police Capt. Steve Dickinson.
