‘Everybody’s worried’ about Jalen Ramsey after Dolphins CB suffers training camp injury

Jalen Ramsey suffered what appeared to be a left knee injury that forced him to be carted to the locker room during Thursday’s training camp.

According to NFL Network’s Cam Wolfe, the Dolphins cornerback grabbed his left knee after an 11-on-11 drill had him defending Tyreek Hill. Miami’s medical staff observed Ramsey before he got on the cart and went to the locker room.

It was reported that Ramsey attempted to stay on the field after suffering the injury.

Ramsey’s teammate Jevon Holland spoke to the CB while he was receiving medical attention. Holland said he dapped Ramsey up, but didn’t have any information regarding the extent of the injury.

“You know, everybody’s worried about him,” Holland told reporters after practice, per video from Pro Football Talk. “I’m not really sure what’s wrong. … I don’t really know too much information about the situation. I’m not a professional so I’m not going to diagnose him.”

Ramsey was the Dolphins’ big offseason acquisition when they traded a 2023 third-round pick and tight end Hunter Long to the Chargers in exchange for the five-time Pro Bowl select.
