Suspended Massachusetts State Police Trooper Michael Proctor is set to go before a Trial Board on Monday, continuing a hearing that began in January.
Proctor, the lead investigator into the death of Karen Read’s boyfriend, John O’Keefe, has been suspended without pay since July 2024, when he was relieved of duty following Read’s first trial.
