SOUTHWICK – After the Select Board and Planning Board approved a request from the residents of Sterrett Drive and Dewitt Circle to have those roads accepted as town roads, it will appear as an article on the May Town Meeting warrant.
“We recognize it’s a road that needs repairs, but it might not happen right away,” said DPW Director Randy Brown during the Select Board’s meeting Monday night.
The homes along both streets were part of a subdivision, which included paving Coes Hill Road, that was started in 1987 but was only partially finished.
