A federal judge held a brief hearing in the case of a Massachusetts Air National guardsman accused of leaking classified documents, according to The Boston Globe.
Online court records show the hearing listed as a pretrial before Judge Indira Talwani. The Globe reported Jack Teixeira did not appear, and Talwani set another hearing for Sept. 22.
Teixeira, 21, of North Dighton, faces six charges of willful retention and transmission of classified national defense information.
