A Massachusetts teenager was seriously injured in a crash while he was riding a mini-motorcycle Tuesday.
Around 3 p.m., a crash between two vehicles, a Toyota Corolla and a Kayo mini-motorcycle, happened at the intersection of Somerset Avenue and Silverwood Drive in Taunton.
The driver of the Corolla was a 17-year-old Taunton girl. She was not injured. The driver of the mini-motorcycle, a 14-year-old Taunton boy, was seriously injured. He was taken to a local hospital, police said.
The crash remains under investigation by Taunton Police, with assistance from the Massachusetts State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section.
