SOUTHWICK – Pioneer Valley Trading Co., one of two retail cannabis stores chosen by the Select Board to move forward with completing the steps needed to open in town, formally submitted its application to the Planning Board for the special permit needed to begin repurposing its facility at 660 College Hwy.
To start the permitting process, the Planning Board has scheduled a public hearing on the request for 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 7 in Town Hall.
This is the first of the public hearings required by the Planning Board and are considered open until formally closed.
