A Huntington woman will use a Fulbright Specialist Program grant to help journalists in Romania keep journalism independent of government interference.
Kathryn Koegel received notification of the award Friday. She will work in January with Freedom House Inc. in Romania, a non-governmental organization, in what she described as a continuation of work she started 25 years ago.
