A judge has denied prosecutors’ request to see phone records from Karen Read’s parents, saying they had not met the legal requirements to seek third-party records.
According to a report from Boston.com, Judge Beverly Cannone sided with Read’s defense attorneys, denying the prosecution’s pre-trial motion.
