Framingham police are asking for help as they investigate a hit-and-run crash that left a pedestrian with serious injuries on Thursday afternoon.
The crash happened around 4:30 p.m. on Thursday in the area of 343 Cochituate Road, Framingham Police said in a statement.
Police described the vehicle that hit the pedestrian as a silver or grey 2011-2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee with damage to its front left side, including its mirror. The vehicle was last seen driving east on Cochituate Road.
