At $1,225,000 ($1,057 per square foot), the condominium located at 537 Massachusetts Ave., Boston offered another opportunity below the targeted price range when it changed hands in November. This property, built in 1899, provides 1,159 square feet of living space, featuring two bedrooms and two baths. The deal was finalized on Nov. 7.
