WOW’s PumpkinFest 2024 is now a memory. Its overwhelming success will not be forgotten. When folks have a collective goal that emphasizes community, much can be accomplished that benefits all.
During the divisive times in which we live, it is essential that we celebrate our differences and our similarities together and that we smile, laugh and enjoy our gatherings and our culture and those of our neighbors. It is also very important that we create memories for our children, who will hopefully remember the good times and foster and encourage similar celebrations when they are parents with children of their own.
Our gratitude to every generous volunteer and community booth participant and a special thanks to Westfield G&E and Whip City Fiber, which produced an exceptional Big Rig Rally, while All-Star Dance Center made so many children happy with a fantastic trunk-or-treat. We gave away more than $1,200 worth of candy!
