Incumbent Democratic state Rep. Jeffrey Roy faces a challenger in Charles Bailey over who will represent the 10th Norfolk District and its constituents on Beacon Hill.
Bailey is running because since he ran as a write-in candidate in 2022, “life in our communities has deteriorated significantly, and something needs to be done,” according to his campaign website.
