WESTFIELD – Teia Vengco understood Wednesday night’s Western Massachusetts Class A semifinal game between No. 6 Longmeadow girls soccer and No. 2 Westfield might come down to the wire.
“All of the past games we’ve played against each other have been difficult,” Vengco said. “So in response, we had to come into this game with much energy and confidence. Aside from that, though, it was made known that we had to finish.”
