As Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy closes, the surrounding residents are mourning the loss of a good neighbor and are uneasy about what might replace it.
“It [Eastern Nazarene College] was a staple of our community,” said Steven Markarian, whose home looks directly onto the campus.
