A 41-year-old man died in the hospital Friday night after he was shot in a parking lot in Plymouth, according to a press release from the Plymouth Police Department.
Police received numerous calls at around 5:45 p.m. about a person suffering from a gunshot wound in a public parking lot on Middle Street.
The first officer to arrive confronted the suspect in the shooting and took him into custody without incident, the statement reads.
