LUDLOW — Jim Casapizziolo is a self-described “crazy pizza guy.”
Working with his son Jason Casapizziolo in their Ludlow shop, Casa Pizzeria, the duo says they worked to source quality ingredients to sling pies that riff on nearly a dozen regional pizza styles, from the classic Italian Margherita to the charred New Haven apizza.
